What is a smile design?
It is a concept of aesthetic dentistry that wants to improve the appearance of the teeth (color, size and shape) to achieve greater harmony of the face with the dental complex, gums and lips, through different techniques and materials.
It’s not always a whiter and brighter tooth.
It hurts?
No, it doesn’t hurt. Though, it might cause discomfort during the performance.
Is there tooth wear?
During the procedure there’s no shaving.
How long does it take?
It depends on each patient, not all of us have the same oral health. The procedure can take between 1 to 5 days.
How long will they last?
This depends on the type of dental design you choose. A composite smile design can last approximately 3 to 5 years, whether ceramic veneers last between 10 to 15 years. Most important determinant is your own dental care.
